Sales and Communication Skills Workshop


In this entertaining half-day event, EBL will teach you how to effectively communicate with your customers and co-workers. First, you will look internally and examine your individual strengths and limitations as a sales person. Next, you will focus externally at the needs of the "other" individual and learn how they prefer to receive information. Understanding your sales style and the verbal, visual, and vocal cues you receive from your customers will allow you to develop stronger "connections" and inevitably, close more deals.
